G1.  Qns : Can UBS Support multiple users?

Ans:

Yes, UBS Software are available in 2 options, single and LAN version. In LAN Version, license is given out to unlimited users as long as they are in the same network.

G2.  Qns : Does UBS software support multi-currency function?

Ans:

Yes, UBS Software can support multiple currencies for transactions. But its reporting can only be base on a single base currency.

G3.  Qns : Does UBS Software has any limitation on the number of companies?

Ans :

No, UBS does not limit the amount of company directories created in a single software.

G4.  Qns : What languages does UBS Software support?

Ans :

Languages available are Thai, Malay, Indonesian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and English.

G5.  Qns : What are the system and OS requirements?

Ans :

§         Pentium II 266 MHz or higher

§         128 MB memory or more 

§         800 MB or more disk space

§         1 floppy disk drive 

§         1 CD Rom Drive

§          Windows 98, Win2000, WinXP and above 

§          Mouse 

§         Printer 

G6.  Qns : Is UBS a real time application?

Ans :

Yes, Once a transaction is saved by the user, all relevant results will immediately be updated.

G7.  Qns: Is UBS a web-based software?

Ans :

No, UBS does not currently support web based functions. However, data can be accessed remotely through VPN.

G8.  Qns : Can the reports in UBS be exported to MS Excel?

Ans :

Yes, Most of our major reports can be exported into MS Excel format.

G9.  Qns : Can our existing data in our current system be migrated into UBS software.

Ans :

Yes, however a pre-check investigation must be done by our technical consultants to verify the compatibality of your current database with our UBS database.
